Reiki promote wellness by creating balance in a person's life force or energy field. Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki therapy is a way of guiding energy throughout the body to promote the recipient’s self-healing abilities.
Massage therapy is used to help manage a health condition or enhance wellness. Massage therapy is a treatment that manipulates the soft tissues of your body using varying degrees of movement and pressure. Massage is a great tool for relaxation, pain relief, easing muscle tension and more. It involves long, gliding strokes, kneading, and tapping motions to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve circulation. Studies of massage benefits have found massage can help reduce stress, lessen pain and muscle tightness, increase relaxation, and improve the work of the immune system.
I trained with the national Guild of Hypnotist. Hypnotism can be defined as a “state or condition
in which the client becomes highly responsive to suggestions and seems to follow instructions in
an uncritical, automatic fashion, attending closely only to those aspects of the environment made
relevant by the hypnotist.
If the client is profoundly responsive, he or she hears, sees, feels, smells, and tastes in accordance
with the suggestions given, even though these may be in direct contradiction to the actual stimuli that
impinge upon the client.
Memory and awareness of self can be altered by suggestions. All of these effects may be extended
post-hypnotically into the individual’s subsequent waking activity. It’s as if suggestions given
during hypnosis come to define the individual’s perception of the real world. In this sense, the
phenomenon has been described as a “believed-in fantasy.”

The sounds the singing bowls produce are said to create a kind of energy that may center the frequencies of the body, mind, and soul. The beautiful complex simplicity of the singing bowl's sound helps to achieve relaxation, reduce stress, anxiety and physical pain, which supports meditation. It has also been known to help normalize pressures and simply clear your mind if you give it a chance. Singing bowls are a wonderful addition to many wellness practices, such as meditation, for this very reason.
Meditation is a practice involving mental and physical techniques to improve brain health and overall well-being. Meditation is the practice of intentionally spending time with our mind. We take time to sit, breathe, and try to remain focused on our breath. Doing this helps us become more aware of our thoughts, act more compassionately toward ourselves and others, and connect with the present moment. We look at meditation exercises and activities that can boost the brain, help reduce blood pressure, fight anxiety, and help manage pain.
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain. EFT tapping is a mind-body method of tapping acupuncture points (acupoints) on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips while focusing on an issue or feeling you’re hoping to resolve. This method may reduce stress and anxiety, improve performance, lessen cravings, and help resolve fear
