We offer a "Time Share Card" that is purchased as a block hours. This time can be used up at anytime during our open hours. The hours can be breakdown and use randomly over the years, and share amongst relatives.

Our "Time Card" offers flexibility and affordability. The greater amount of time you purchase, the lower the "per hour" it cost. Starting at as low as $10 an hour, you have access to a variety of services/equipments not available elsewhere in the area.

Our "Services Packages" allow the use of multiple equipments in series, which help a health situation and provide a well being.

In addition to our services, you have free access to our workout stations: bikes, trampoline, inverter table, power bar, muscle train system, yoga TV session.

We offer online time scheduling, and health plan monitoring apps.
